18:20. Nothing to do at home. Couldn't find my membership card to the video store so i couldnt rent videos... Been meaning to watch Crichton's "Timeline," "Paycheck" starring Ben Affleck and Uma Thurman... Now what else did I miss? Anyway, just uploaded my pictures of Subic. Didn't want to choose anymore so I just uploaded everything... Found this one of interest... Jack Kerouac would've loved this one...

12:56 A.M.: Couldn't sleep. My bed would probably induce me to sleep when i'm lying on it later. It really isn't a particularly restless night. It's probably the lack of something to distract myself with. I probably should start reading again. That would probably help jumpstart my brain.

Took pictures of Dr. Adel Samson at the Asian Hospital in Alabang. Went there with writer Lissa Gene Mata and ed assistant Eva Gubat.
Dr. Samson owns a Canon EOS-1D Mark II which, with a lens would probably cost a little more than a quarter of a million pesos... :)

Petra
Was at a shoot yesterday with Poch, Howard, Jones and Chef Him. Cozy little restaurant in Connecticut, Greenhills called Petra (pronounced with a long 'E,' "PITRA") named after the owners' mother. Just thinking about the Panacotta... ang saraaaaap! I'll surely be paying them a visit again soon...

Went back THERE again a couple of nights ago... Went "dune bugging" with some chick. So I said last time that I wouldn't go back THERE but I did, I still have 12 days till my trial period expires. I'd probably use it up when I can... :D

4:34 A.M. That's supposed to be me in the orange barong and the khaki
cargo shorts and sandals. Apparently, that ensemble is what they clothe
newbies on their first time in THERE. I haven't really spent my 5,000
worth of THERE currency to buy myself new rags but at least I got to
drive around in a borrowed 'Dune Buggy.' Somebody also loaned me
his/her 'Hoverboard' but I haven't really tried it out yet. I met a
teenager asking around people's ages and expressing her regrets about
not having to reach a certain age 'cause she's only got a year to live.
When I asked her why she says she has liver cancer and that she's
logged on using a laptop, confined at a health center somewhere in
middle America. Sad.
The
experience was both ridiculous and fascinating. I just don't know if
i'll go back THERE though... I better go home and get some sleep...
